He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Othella Woodard; his children, Harold Leroy Woodard, Michael Anthony Woodard and Patricia Marie Woodard; his siblings-in-law, Cornice Grace (Jackie), Effie Young (DL) and Dorothy Watson; and his cousin Mattie Sue Booker of Atlanta.
