With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Cook (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Osie Cook Jr.; his grandparents, Carol, Osie Cook Sr., Walter and Phyllis Dobson; and his cousin Justin Dobson.
He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin, Zachary and Levi; his wife Tracy Cook; his mother Lisa Lewis; his stepfather Jerry Lewis; his sisters, Ashley Lewis and Melissa Jorgenson (Eric); and his nieces and nephews, Braeden and Becca Dorn.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor his memory by extending kindness and charity to those who struggle, believing—as he did—that everyone deserves a chance to find their way.
