He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Crawford; his children, Tiffany Rupert and Mario Carter-Williams; his grandchildren, Dylan and Quincy Rupert; and his siblings, Maurice Dismukes, Joyce Highshaw (Joe), Josephine Key and LeShawn Brown (Lawrence). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
