It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Louise Dahlquist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, born in Ironwood, Michigan, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Cain and Dora Cain (Jensen); her husband Vern Dahlquist; her grandson Kristofer Parent; and her sisters, Gladys Halpin, Nancy Ball and Beverly Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Dahlquist of Martinez, CA, Susan Dahlquist of Richmond, VA and Mark Dahlquist (Unsu) of Brunswick, MD.; her grandchildren, Matt Parent, Jason Parent, Michelle Dahlquist and Lindsey Dahlquist; her great grandchildren, Roan and Winnie Parent; and her close friends, Joanne Potvin and Joan Myefski.
In lieu of flowers, the family encouraged contributions to the Noquemanon Trail organization (noquetrails.org).
