He is survived by: his spouse Erna Polak; his children, Allen Polak (Audrey), Linda Marks (Gerhard), Jeffry Polak (Carolyn), Anita Johnson (Brent), Paul Polak, James Polak, Robyn Polak and Crystal Polak; his grandchildren, Jessica Szaukellis (Peter), Matthew Polak (Crystal), Aaron Polak, Sarah Hill (Matthew), Abigail Rhode (Kevin), Samuel Marks, Olivia Marks, Brenton Johnson (Lisa), Ashton Johnson (Sydney), Coleton Johnson, Arryngton Johnson, Benjamin Polak, Ethan Polak, Jacob Polak and Bryson Polak; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Autumn, Natalie, Miriam Szaukellis, Caden, Lukas, Lydia Polak, Caroline Hill and Emersyn Johnson; and his sibling Dieter Polak (Inge). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, additional family members and friends.
