She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cukrowski and Helen Cukrowski; her husband Gary "Skip" Frederick; and her sons, Walter Schultz and Mark Schultz.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Nebel (Jeff), Norman Schultz (Brenda), Denise Polczynski (Ted) and Kathryn Socher (Dale); and her siblings, Dr. Walter Cukrowski (Donna), Kathleen Moshirnia and Stanley Cukrowski. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren, step children, nieces, nephews.
