She was predeceased by: her stepson Luke Nebel; her father-in-law Tom Nebel; and her nephew Shawn Waters. She is survived by: her husband Mark Nebel; her daughter Brittany Berte (Michael Berte); her parents, Betty Welsch and Lloyd Waters; her brother Todd Waters (Mona Waters); her mother-in-law Nancy Nebel; and her grandson Keller Berte.
