She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Yezek; her brother Robert; and her close friend Louise. She is survived by: her daughter Kay Johnson (John); her grandchildren, Katy (Alan), Morgan and Erica Johnson (Hank); her siblings, Karole (Michael), Robin (Craig) and Kirk (Kara); and her parrot Scruffy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
