He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Franks, Juanita, Eladio and Margarita. He is survived by: his parents, Oralia and Jose; his siblings, Ruben, Sylvia, Yolanda, Gabriel, Andres, Leticia and Carmen; and his children, Jacob, Ashley and Emilio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
