He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia; his children, Crystal Ivy, Caroline Katzer (David) and David (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Emmet. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
