He is survived by: his parents, Dona Ceballos and Dr. Cecil Austin; his sisters, Debora Austin, Amy Austin (Bernard Gregory, Jr.), Sarah Ceballos (Jamie Peryam) and Shawn Talley; his son Jesse Rutledge; his stepsons, Jadonne and Estefan Rutledge; his grandson Austin; his girlfriend Terece; his son Ken Harris; his cousin Janay Austin; and his close friends, Ba Anderson, Carl'Buc'Owens and Rodney Owens. He is also survived by other family members, friends.
