He was predeceased by: his child Daniel Kosmicki. He is survived by: his children, Chris Kosmicki (Sarah), Kim Silber (Stephen) and Paul Kosmicki (Amy); and his grandchildren, Chase, Samantha, Ashley, Stephen, Makayla and Andrew. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
