It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Briselden (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 11, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James R. Briselden to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Briselden and Adeliade Schaftner-Briselden; and his sisters, Thelma Ash and Ellajean Karner. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Jim Briselden (Cindy), Mary Weber (Keith) and Tom Briselden (Jan); his grandchildren, Ben Briselden, Katrina Briselden, Dan Weber, Chrissy Weber, Michael Weber, Jacob Briselden, Tessa Briselden and Nathan Briselden; his niece Barb Tyner; and his friend Bob Disch. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Harold "Butch" McKeon Golf Outing that supports scholarships to SFHS student athletes.
