He is survived by: his spouse Linda Hutchinson; his children, Pamela Stauter (Rich), Blake (Bonnie), Spencer and Cameron; his grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb (Ashley), Miriam and Aaron (Sarah); and his great grandchild Caden Stauter.

In lieu of flowers, gifts to the Alzheimer's Association suggested.
