He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Janusiak and Mary Janusiak; and his brothers, Ervin, Joseph, Walter and John.
He is survived by: his siblings, Regina Ueberfluss (Frank) and Edward Janusiak (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Agnes Janusiak (Walter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
