He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunham and Estelle Dunham (Rouse); and his wife Ann Feuerstahler. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Kinlen (Michael), Daniel D (Victoria) and Michael A Dunham (Pat); his grandchildren, Jason Diana, John Kinlen (Karina), Ashley, Brittany Amanda, Justin and Kelsey Dunham; and his great grandchildren, Jakob, Brayden Ari, Nadya, Alaynna, Eli Kinlen and Max Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
