She was predeceased by: her parents, Excell Campbell and Emma Campbell; her son Thomas Anthony Gibson (Tony); her siblings, Thelma Hudson, Edna Swanson, Ruth Carey (Ruby), Mary Tunson (Everett), Cullen Campbell (Susie), Excell Campbell (Vivian), Clarence Campbell (Juanita), Floyd Campbell and William Campbell; and also T. Campbell Berryhill.
She is survived by: her cousin Wesley Berryhill (Clara); and her children, Gregory Gibson and Sharon Gibson (Michael Morgan). She is also survived by five grandchildren, an abundance of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
