Banach and Debra Maciolek; her grandchildren, Heather Maciolek, Nicole Struebing and Tyler Banach; her great grandchildren, Olive and Hannah Struebing; her sisters, Elisabeth "Gracie" Holton, Sylvia E. Murowski and Marcella Murowski; and her daughter-in-law Madeline Banach.
