He is survived by: his wife Renee Michalzik; his children, Liz Wolf-Dixon (Greyson), Abigail (Ethan Bentley), Emily, Amy and James Michalzik; his mother Carol Michalzik; his sister Denise Arnold (Eddy); his mother-in-law Joan Fleming; his sister-in-law Traci Klugiewicz (Steve); and his granddaughter Olive Wolf-Dixon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
