She is survived by: her children, James (Jody) and Colleen Borkowski (Gary); her grandchildren, Jacob (Kara), Jared (Stephanie), Keith (Stephanie), Christopher (Cassy), Melissa (Patrick) and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Elisabeth, Malcolm, Abigail, Kaylee, Cynthia, Aspen and Ashlyn. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
