He was predeceased by: his parents, Vere Dietz and Mabel Dietz (Hanson); his wife Beverly Powell; his brother Stanley Dietz; and his son-in-law Lee Minnick.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Hagen (Gary) of Milton, WI, Julie Pollentier (Dave) of Janesville, WI, Steve Dietz (Leslie) of Janesville, Marlene Minnick of Milton and Ronald Dietz of Neillsville, WI; and his siblings, LeRoy Dietz (Georgia) and Janice Clarke. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
