He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Wayne (Betsy) of Madison, Doug (Jayne) of Madison and Kathy (Kevin Morrow) of Madison; and his sister Bettina Lubke of Colorado. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
