He was predeceased by: his cousin Jodi Holt; his father-in-law Robert Stolz; his sister-in-law Terri Walser; and also, Uncle Dale Borgwardt, Uncle David Borgwardt and Aunt Judy Case.
He is survived by: his friends, Lieder, Yttri and Brown; his wife Kathy; his son Blake; his parents, Don and Linda; his brother Todd; his mother-in-law Ruth Stolz; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Turley, Karen Czaplewski (Steve), Mike Stolz (Karen) and Dave Stolz. He is also survived by many nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
