He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Rachel Serak, Robinson Serak of Litchfield, AZ and Nicole Serak (Tom) of Denver, CO; his stepchildren, Sheila Welsh (Todd) of Janesville and Jason Peterson (Joni) of Janesville; his grandchildren, Derek Robinson, Desmond Robinson, Mark Johnson Jr., Christopher Serak, Cameron Welsh, Elise Welsh, RaeAnne Schiefelbein and Claira Peterson; his great grandchildren, Zanaya and Karter; his stepmother Lucille Osborne; his siblings, Glenn Osborne (Vicky) and Julie Carmichael; his stepsiblings, Troy Osborne (Julie), Todd Osborne and Shellie Osborne; and also Taffy.
