We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Peter D. Van Horn (Milton, Wisconsin), born in Edgerton, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Van Horn; his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Dayne, Hannah and Kirsten; and his siblings, Steve Van Horn (Carole), Pam Foerstera (Peter), Jeff Van Horn (Kris), John Van Horn (Laurie) and Scott Van Horn (Helen). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice and Palliative Care, Janesville in Peter's name.
