He is survived by: his children, Dawn Blankenheim (Eric) and Scott Kalb (Jane); his brother Ernest Kalb (Virginia); his grandchildren, Audrey Gilfillan (Joel), Quinn Blankenheim (Sarah Burns), Sophie Blankenheim, Brittney Grosskopf (Trevor Carr), Samantha Boschma (Johnny), Ashley Fuller (Brett) and Christopher Kalb; and his great grandchildren, Carson Pohlman, Wyatt and Maelynn Fuller.
