She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim O'Leary and Mary O'Leary (Fanning); her niece Shannon Hendricks; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Snyder and Peggy O'Leary.

She is survived by: her husband Duane Hendricks; her siblings, Judy Snyder, Bill O'Leary (Mary Ellen), Jim O'Leary and Russ O'Leary (Kathy); her nieces and nephews, Jill Jones (Greg), Heidi Crull (Jeremy), Ben O'Leary (Erika), Mary Kate O'Leary, Elizabeth O'Leary, Patrick O'Leary, David, Caren Snyder, Denise, Rich Morgan, Deb and Mark Osborn; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin Stuck, Morgan, Owen Jones, Baylin, Brynlea Crull, Carter, Madyn O'Leary, Ryan and Briana Krause. She is also survived by cousins, relatives and dear friends.
