It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Joyce Passer of Milton, Wisconsin, born in Wayne, Nebraska, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena and Archie Striegl; her son Scott Passer; her siblings, Marguerite Heinig and Leslie Striegl; and her niece Cameron Huster-Beck.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Passer of Ashland, WI. and Julie Dehring (Tim) of West Bend; her daughter-in-law Susan Passer; and her sister-in-law Maxine Striegl of Milton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren as well as many extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation.
