He was predeceased by: his aunt Chris Behrens; his cousin James McNamara; his grandfather Percy Glenn Usher Jr.; his aunt Robin Powell; and his grandparents, Bruce, Edna Lapean (Shep), Terry and Nancy Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey S. Usher and Susan J. Behrens; his wife Heather Usher; his children, Kyle Miller-Tormey (Amanda Shickles), Makenzie Usher and Joseph "Joey" Usher Jr.; his parents-in-law, Paul, Wendy Botsford and Rod Miller; his siblings, Shawnn Usher, Steve Usher, Yvette La Pean-Usher and Mikala La Pean-Usher; and his close friends, Matt Keller and Pete Stern. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to Joe's family to help with a scholarship fund.
