He is survived by: his wife Carol Collin; his children, Rebecca Garber (Terry) and Peter Polarski (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chloe, Holly Garber, Nathaniel, Gabrielle and Grace Polarski; and his siblings, Sue Hansen (Carl) and Frank Polarski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
