He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Cullen and Betty Cullen (O'Leary); his significant other Mimi Crawford; and his great-nephew Henry Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his children, Dan Cullen (Stephanie), Kellie Kahle (Scott) and Shawn Cullen (Jessica); his grandchildren, Diezel, Nash Cullen, Chesney, Harper Grahn, Brittany, Conner Kahle, Norah and Rowan Cullen; and his siblings, John Cullen (Debbie), Carole Fibrow (DeWayne), Bob Cullen (Marci) and Greg Cullen (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
