He is survived by: his wife Carole Prater (Tempel); his sisters, Lisbeth Fritzberg and Darlene Hadden; his children, Tony Prater (Erika), Tom Prater (Amy), Paul Prater and Theresa Prater; and his grandchildren, Andrew Prater (Jackie), Aaron Prater (Alissa), Molly Prater, Charles Prater and Chad Prater (Andi).
