He is survived by: his wife Karen Gentz; his sons, Gerald Gentz, Jr. (Christy), Robert Gentz (Kathy) and Daniel Gentz, Sr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Melissa Forrett (Travis), Daniel Gentz, Jr. (Sarah), Aaron Gentz (Kim), James Gentz (Bly Kramer), Ryan Gentz, Brock Larson (Magan) and Maxton Larson; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ethan, Lana, Clark, Grayson, Graham, Olive, Xavier, Kayce, Lillian and Sophia; and his sister Patty McWhorter. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
