Parnes of Milton, Wisconsin, born in Niles, Illinois, who passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Parnes and Pearl Parnes (Edelstein). She is survived by: her children, Jasmine Arcand, Amber White, Heather Arcand, Crystal Arcand and Nathan Delaney; and her grandchildren, Dylan Parnes, Ivy White, Jacob Chartrand, Madeline White, Alexander Hood, Corbin Cook and Damon Uihlein.
