She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Cunningham and Katherine Cunningham (Pierce); her spouse Charlie Smith; her siblings, Bill (Marion), Bud (Joyce), Gert (Bruce), Joe (Carmel), John and Glenn; her son-in-law Alan; and her parents-in-law, Tom (Evelyn), Gertrude (Joe) and Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Neugebauer, Connie Isackson (Chuck), Lori Cunningham (Jerry) and Patrick Smith; her grandchildren, Chris Isackson and Laura Smith (Brad); her great grandchild Preston Smith; and her mothers-in-law, Helen Smith and Darlene Cunningham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
