He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Grochola. He is survived by: his parents, Julie Tennant-Grochola and Chris Grochola; and his siblings, Caleb Tennant (Ashlie), Desirea Grochola, Cade Scott and Johnny Grochola. He is also survived by his loving grandparents, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in memory of Dilan.
