He was predeceased by: his mother Jeane Mansur; his mother-in-law Teena Arneson; his sister Cheryl Blackford; and his brother-in-law Terry Arneson. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, John (Brittney), Brittany (Marcus), Rebecca, Sarah and Scott; his grandchild Teena Bea; his father Robert Mansur; his siblings, Brian, Jim (Kristi), Jay (Penny) and Lea; his father-in-law Lee Arneson (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Ken (Julie), Randy (Patti), Gregg (Pam), Kevin (Chris) and JoAnn Arneson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family has designated the Boys & Girls Club of Janesville for memorial contributions in Dave's name.
