He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hookstead and Helen Hookstead (Kutz); his sisters, Eleanor and Ginny; and his daughters, Roxann Fairbert (Carl) and Renee.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, Rachel Zock (Jim) of Montgomery, NY, Bart Hookstead of Milton, WI and Robert Hookstead (Lori) of Milton, WI. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
