He is survived by: his children, Paul Owen III (Linda) of Madison, Camilla Owen, Katherine Bolton (Shaughn) and Courtney Smith (Keith); his sister Mary O. Johnson of Janesville; his grandchildren, Sam Owen (Scarlet), Lee Wainwright (Luke), Jake Owen, Rachel Burman (Dane), Hailey Dietz (Zach), Maggie Maethner (Will) and Olivia Bolton; his great grandchildren, Elle, Jack Wainwright, Riley Ann, Grayson Burman and Zoey Ann Dietz; and his close friend Mary K. Derouin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
