He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene Jensen and Ronnie Jensen; and his siblings, Jesse, Curtis Jensen and Jean Louise Jensen.
He is survived by: his children, McKayla Nelson (Josh) of New Richmond, WI, Mackenzie Jensen and Madisen Jensen; his granddaughter Eden Nelson; his stepson Brett Meyer; his brother James Jensen (Betsy); and his sister-in-law Allison Jensen of Milltown, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
