He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kellogg and Elsie Kellogg; and his siblings, Billie, Judy and Charlotte.

He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, David, Tim (Leila Miller), Jeff and Teresa (Art Bolduc); his sister JoAnn; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Gruener and Kitty Hurley. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
