She is survived by: her brother Chris; her former husband Jason Lauritsen; her husband George; her children, Ashley and Austin Johnson; her stepson Nathan Lauritsen; her brothers, Adam Bank and Christian Bank (Stacia); her nieces and nephews, Afton, Sayer and Ryan Bank; and also Jason Lauritsen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude's Hospital or the donor's choice.
