He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartl Hollar and Margaret Hollar (Kusta); his siblings, Nancy and Donald (Virginia); and his granddaughter Karin Seckora.

He is survived by: his wife Norita Ann Hollar of Milladore; his children, Denise Seckora (Tom) of Bloomer, Mary Lou Kugel (Chuck) of Shawano, Michael Hollar of Chicago, IL, Carol Hollar Ph, Barbara Hollar of Rochester, MN, Monica DeLestry (John) of Chippewa Falls, Dawn Hollar of Marshfield, Patrick Hollar of Milladore, Christine Hollar Ed and Anna Mae Kopp (Jason) of McFarland; his grandchildren, Gregory Seckora (Jen) of Cottage Grove, MN, Janice Robinson (John) of Bloomer, Matthew Seckora (Chelsea) of Eau Claire, Allan Seckora of Bloomer, Megan Kugel of Omro, Aaron Kugel (Kendra) of Oak Creek, Kathryn Pritzl (Christopher) of Green Bay, Laura Johnson (Jared) of Chippewa Falls, Daniel DeLestry (Hannah) of Chicago, IL, Rebekah Kopp of McFarland and Benjamin Kopp of McFarland; his great grandchildren, Mariel Robinson, Asher Johnson, Evelyn Seckora and Oakley Johnson; his siblings, James (Karen) of Wisconsin Rapids, Robert (Sharon) of Stevens Point, Eugene (Diane) of Junction City, Lucy Hollar of Crandon, Thomas (Janet) of Sherry, Margaret Lubecke (Mark) of Nekoosa, William (Lynne) of Junction City and Erma Ponshock (Russ) of Milladore; and his close friend Ed Gargano of Chicago, IL..
