He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jensen and Mora Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Adoume; his children, Keith Jensen (Tina Jensen) of Milladore, Samantha Jensen of Wichita Falls, TX, Cynthia Jensen of Milladore, Michelle Dankemyer (Tom) of Chili, Kristen Pelot of Chili, Brian Jensen (Patricia Oleinik) of Chili and Tyler Pelot of Chili; and his siblings, Joanne Jensen, Jean Steven and James Jensen (Patricia) of Viroqua. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
