He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Roth and Elizabeth Roth (Taylor); his siblings, Robert Roth, Yvonne Burchett and Mae Hepokoski; his daughter Donna Barnes; and his grandson Adam Roth.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Kozlowski); his sister Joyce Mulgrew; and his children, Kathy Skibba (Lance), Bonnie Blenker (Dan), Debbie Tork (Don), Gary Roth, David Roth (Mary), Laurie Rosicky (Jerry), Dan Roth (Sandy), Jackie Zirwas (Dean) and Nancy Mallek (Tim). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren.
