He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Miller. He is survived by: his pets, Bella and Tuco; his wife Linda Miller; his daughters, Kristine Miller and Barbara Johnstone (Miller); his siblings, William Miller and Debra Schmitz (William); and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Smith (Lisa) and Diane Smith-Boehning (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
