It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd A. Woelffer of Middleton, Wisconsin, born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy and Ida Woelffer. He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Ishida (Toyo) and Jan Woelffer; his nephews, Danny Ishida (Rachel Lambert) and Tariq Ishida (Karla); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kai, Levi, Kaylee, Allie and Jack.
