He is survived by: his wife Donna "Cricket" Johnson; his children, Ronda Sweno (DuWayne), Dylan, Parker Boyer, Chad Boyer and Craig Boyer; his grandchildren, Owen and Avery Boyer; his great grandchildren, Breckyn, Maeva and Alden Schuh; and his siblings, Barbara Cusick (Jim) and Dave Boyer.
