Phillips (Walker) of Verona; her sister Jennifer K. Duszynski (David) of Madison; her grandparents, Kay M. Walker of Freeport, IL, James and Ruth Sturtevant of Freeport, IL; her aunts and uncles, Pamela, Daniel Green of Rockford, IL, Kerry and Gary La Shelle of Freeport, IL; and her friends, Meghann Armstrong, Maddie Dagitz, Mary McCarthy and Ben Frye. She is also survived by her family and friends.
