She is survived by: her daughter Adison May of Stoughton, WI; her stepfather Steve Chell of Bonita Springs, FL; her brothers, Mike Jacobson (Ann) and Brett Chell (Dan); her stepsiblings, Brad Jacobson of Green Bay, WI and Lisa Trepanier of Oshkosh, WI; her nieces and nephews, Macee and Danny Jacobson of Wayzata, MN; her aunt Rose Hansen (Pete) of Duluth, MN; her uncles, Charles Fause of Duluth, MN and Jeff Jacobson of Fort Myers Beach, FL; and her cousins, Kurt Christiansen of Naples, FL, Greg Horn (Kathy) of Blue Bell, PA, Paul Horn (Andrea) of Green Bay, WI and Jason Jacobson (Natalie) of Green Bay, WI..
